1 Returns & order issues
1.1 What is your return policy?
Please call us at 727-217-5366 to get details on a return. Due to COVID-19 we are unable to accept most customer returns for health and safety reasons. However, if your dog or cat refuses to eat the food your purchased from us we require the original packaging and at least 50% of the remaining food to accept a return. Again please call us if you have questions on this policy at this time. Once this health crisis subsides we will resume our previous policy.

2 Special Orders & Out of stock items
2.1 How do I place an order for an item not on your site?
Give us a call at 727-217-5366 and we'll help you out. If you're unable to call us, feel free to submit a request on the contact form with your request.
2.2 What if I want to order something that's currently out of stock?
You've got a few options here. You can wait a couple days for it to return to stock since we get deliveries 4 times a week from our suppliers. Otherwise give us a call at 727-217-5366 and we'll let you know why that item is out of stock and when we can expect it back in! If you call us we can also put your name on a list to be notified when it is back in stock. If you are unable to give us a call feel free to fill out the contact form with your questions!
3 Frequent Buyer & Bark Bucks Loyalty
3.1 Will I earn BARK! Bucks from my online purchases?
Right now, no unfortunately! We just launched this site at the very end of March 2020 so we are focusing on working out all the details on the site as well as adding the rest of the items in our store before we look to integrating our loyalty systems. This is on our roadmap to integrate late 2020 or early 2021. Currently only in-store purchases accrue BARK! Bucks points and we appreciate your understanding that we can't do everything all at once with a project like this.
3.2 Will my frequent buyer account accrue from my Online Order?
Yes! For existing customers, qualified purchases are still being punched on your cards. If you’re a new customer, we are adding you to our frequent buyer system. If we see that you’re eligible to redeem a free item we will call you and let you know. ALL Frequent Buyer free items must be either picked-up in-store or delivered with your paid order. We will not be able to deliver free items by themselves.
